Vietnam to host regional environment ministers’ meetings

Vietnam will host the 13th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on the Environment (AMME 13), the 14th ASEAN+3 Environment Ministers’ Meeting and the 5th East Asia Summit Environment Ministers’ Meeting and related events in 2015.
Vietnam will host the 13th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on theEnvironment (AMME 13), the 14th ASEAN+3 Environment Ministers’ Meetingand the 5th East Asia Summit Environment Ministers’ Meeting andrelated events in 2015.

The Prime Minister has asked Ministry ofNatural Resources and Environment (MONRE) to coordinate with relevantagencies and localities to prepare for the organisation of thesemeetings.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hasbeen also urged to work closely with the MONRE to organise meetings ontransboundary haze pollution within the framework of AMME 13.-VNA
