Vietnam - Russia comprehensive strategic partnership enjoys all-round development

On March 1, 2001, Vietnam and the Russian Federation establish a Strategic Partnership. On June 16, 1994, they sign the Treaty on Principles of Friendly Relations. To date, the traditional Vietnam-Russia friendship relationship has developed extensively in all areas and continues to be strengthened and enhanced.
