Of the sum, over 347 trillion VND (16.5 billion USD) will be sourcedfrom non-State resources and 245 trillion VND (11.6 billion USD) fromofficial development assistance, making up 34.3 percent and 24.1 percentof the total, respectively.
According to Dong, thetransport sector has raised over 370.2 trillion VND (17.6 billion USD),more than 121.8 trillion VND (5.8 billion USD) of which was in the formof build-operate-transfer (BOT) and public-private partnership (PPP).
