Vietnam, Mongolia to do more for closer ties

Receiving Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son in Ulan Bator on October18, Deputy PM Terbishdagva said he is satisfied with the traditionalfriendship and cooperation with Vietnam over the past nearly 60 years,affirming that the Mongolian Government and people wish to further beefup bilateral ties in the time to come.

At the fifth deputyforeign ministerial-level political consultation meeting earlier, DeputyFM Son and his Mongolian counterpart Dambyn Giankhuyag agreed on arange of steps to cement the Vietnam-Mongolia friendship and cooperationacross various domains.

They also exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest.-VNA
