In his message, the Vietnamese leader alsocongratulated the 19th CPC National Congress on its success while highlyvaluing the creative development of the theory of building socialism withChinese characteristics in the new era.
He expressed his belief that under theleadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi being the core, the entire CPCand Chinese people will definitely fulfil the tasks set by the Congress andsoon achieve the target of basically realising socialist modernisation so as tobuild China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong,democratic, civilised, harmonious and beautiful.

Also on October 25, Politburo member andChairman of the CPV Central Committee’s Inspection Commission Tran Quoc Vuongextended congratulations to Zhao Leji, member of the CPC Politburo StandingCommittee and Secretary of the CPC Central Committee’s Discipline InspectionCommission in the 19th tenure.-VNA
