Vietnam, Australia promote cooperation in science and technology

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Centre for Vietnam Science and Technology Internationalisation Promotion under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Flinder University, Australia in Hanoi on October 17.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Centre forVietnam Science and Technology Internationalisation Promotion under theMinistry of Science and Technology, and Flinder University, Australia inHanoi on October 17.

According to the MOU, the two sidesagreed to cooperate on training and exchanging staff at research andtechnological institutions, participating in research projects andorganising joint workshops to promote science and technology.

At the signing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology PhamCong Tac said he believes the five-year MOU will help further bilateralcooperation on science and technology. He added that the two sidesshould put forward specific measures and projects to ensure theeffective implementation.-VNA
