Vietnam Airlines named among TripAdvisor list of best Asian airlines

Vietnam Airlines has been selected as one of the global TripAdvisor community's favourite airlines along with other 4- and 5-star airlines of Asia such as Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and EVA Air.

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam Airlineshas been selected as one of the global TripAdvisor community's favouriteairlines along with  other 4- and 5-starairlines of Asia such as Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific,and EVA Air.

The world’s biggest travel websiteannounced the list of its Travelers’ Choice Major Airlines – Asia 2018 on April9, which is an annual prestigious award that TripAdvisor set up basing on thequantity and quality of passengers’ reviews and ratings for airlines worldwidein 12 months.

The traveler community on TripAdvisorevaluated airlines basing on eight criteria, namely customer service, seatcomfort, legroom, cleanliness, food and drink, flight procedures,entertainment, and value matching cost.

“Greatservice, comfortable lie flat beds. Good food with great choices, clean toilet.Smoothest landing ever! We also flew with them from Yangon to Hanoi and back toParis, same good experiences…,” a passenger fromLyon (France) reviewed the Business Class of Vietnam Airlines for theParis-Hanoi flight.

Another passenger from Melbourne(Australia) reviewed the Premium Economy Class of Vietnam Airlines:“Upgraded and were extremely happy with theservice, gave us priority boarding and luggage collection, which was great.More leg room and bigger seats. Well worth the extra cost. Friendly staff, thefood, well it’s airline food, what more you can say.”
