A new typhoon brewing in the East Sea was likely to bring more heavy rain and strong winds, warned the Central Hydro-meteorological Forecasting Centre.
Typhoon Tembin, which was south of Taiwan China with winds blowing at 45 metres per second (level 12-13)on Aug. 21, is moving northwest.
The centre said the typhoon's direction was similar to Storm Kai Tak, which left 27 dead and 15 others missing or injured in northern Vietnam after making landfall last week.-VNA
