As noted by VietnamPlus reporters, at many disease checkpoints in gateway areas to Hanoi, no inspection of entry and exit procedures has been carried out as before.
Vehicles traveling in and out of the capital didn’t have to stop or wait in line but could keep on moving freely as they did before the social distancing period in Hanoi.
The forces on duty said that on October 15, they only regulate traffic and maintain order at the checkpoint. They also answer all questions and complaints from people when passing through the checkpoint.
On the morning of October 15, the checkpoint on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway stopped working and was dismantled./.
