Thai Vietjet awarded “Most Passenger-Friendly Cabin Crew” in Thailand

Thai Vietjet, an associate company of low-cost carrier Vietjet, has won the “Most Passenger-Friendly Cabin Crew – Thailand 2021” award by International Finance Magazine, reinforcing its “Friendliness and Fun” services.

Hanoi (VNA) – Thai Vietjet, an associate company of low-cost carrier Vietjet, has wonthe “Most Passenger-Friendly Cabin Crew – Thailand 2021” award by InternationalFinance Magazine, reinforcing its “Friendliness and Fun” services.

“This award reaffirms our core values in making every flighta whole new level of flying experience for all passengers, with fun, creativity,yet hospitable service,” said Wanida Methathanakorn, Director of FlightOperation cum Cabin Crew Manager of Thai Vietjet.

“Friendliness and Fun” have always been one of Vietjet’smost important core values, together with “safety”, “punctuality,” and “affordableprice.” The airline has regularly arranged special onboard activities to offerits passengers exclusive and memorable flying experiences on specialoccasions.

The “Most Passenger-Friendly Cabin Crew” award honoursairlines that provide great in-flight service. The award is given to theairline with the friendliest and most welcoming flight crew, as this is acritical component of an airline's passenger satisfaction.

International Finance Awards is organised by InternationalFinance Magazine, a premium business and finance magazine published by UK'sInternational Finance Publications Limited. It recognises industry talent,leadership skills, industry net worth and capability on an internationalplatform.
