Bangkok (NNT/VNA) – The Chiang Mai - Japan Friendship Art Exhibition 2018 is nowopened to public, featuring 197 artworks from Thai and Japanese artists invarious mediums.

The Governor of Chiang Mai, Pawin Chamniprasert, presided over the openingceremony of the Chiang Mai - Japan Friendship Art Exhibition 2018 on June 24 atthe Chiang Mai City Arts & Cultural Centre attended by delegation fromChiang Mai Rajabhat University, the Global Arts and Culture ExchangeAssociation, and the Japanese Consulate-General in Chiang Mai.

The Chiang Mai - Japan Friendship Art Exhibition 2018 showcases contemporary197 artworks from Thai and Japanese artists on various mediums such aspaintings, sculptures, prints, visual arts, ceramics, and handicrafts. It washeld under the cooperation between Chiang Mai Rajabhat University and Japaneseart association.

The exhibition runs until June 27th, 2018 at the Chiang Mai City Arts &Cultural Centre, Chiang Mai city, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.-VNA
