A steel factory capable ofproducing 300,000 tonnes of shaped steel per year was inaugurated inthe Tam Phuoc industrial park, the southern province of Dong Nai, onDecember 28.
Covering 3 hectares, the factory was built at atotal cost of 400 billion VND (19 million USD) by the Tien Len SteelCorporation Joint Stock Company and the Bac Nam Joint Stock Company.
Thecorporation’s products are now mainly sold in southern and centralprovinces and expected to be shipped to other countries in the future.
Thesame day, the corporation opened its headquarters, invested with morethan 40 billion VND (1.9 million USD), in Dong Nai’s Bien Hoa city.-VNA
