The military noted that the ten bodies,including six adults and four children, were discovered about 35 kilometres offthe southern coastal town of Launglon.
The plane vanished shortly after takingoff from the coastal town of Myeik on a flight to Yangon, carrying 116 people,including 105 passengers and 11 crew members; 15 among them were children.
It lost contact when it was about 32kilometres west of the town of Dawei.
Wreckage of the military plane was foundon June 8 morning.
According to a military source, badweather might be the cause of the accident. But, the exact cause can only beconfirmed once the aircraft’s black box is recovered.
