SeABank listed among Vietnam’s 500 fastest growing firms

Hanoi (VNA) - The Southeast AsiaCommercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has been named in the FAST500 – a list of500 companies with the fastest growth rate in Vietnam.

Recently released by the Vietnam Report, theFAST500 rated the top firms based on their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) interms of revenue and business effectiveness in the last four years. It alsoconsidered other criteria like assets, total number of employees and post-taxprofit, among others.

SeABank, which was established in 1994,secured 388th place in the ranking. Its charter capital is more than5.4 trillion VND (232.2 million USD), with total access exceeding 125 trillionVND (5.37 billion USD). The bank operates 162 transaction points across 25cities and provinces nationwide.

Previously, SeABank was also one of the 15Vietnamese banks in The Asian Bankers’ AB500 ranking and survey of AsiaPacific’s strongest banks. It was awarded the “sustainable business” title bythe Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.-VNA
