GSAT is a global Samsungcompetency test for university graduates, consisting of three basic parts:“logical math”, “reasoning” and "visual thinking”. This is one of theimportant rounds in the recruitment process of employees who are universitygraduates for all Samsung Group’s companies in the world.
Candidates who pass theGSAT round will move forward to the interview round scheduled to takeplace on December 10. The outstanding candidates with the best results from theinterview round will officially become Samsung Vietnam employees in early 2023and work at one of Samsung's branches: Samsung Vietnam Mobile Research andDevelopment Center (SVMC), Samsung Electronics Vietnam Company (SEV), SamsungElectronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen (SEVT), Samsung Display Vietnam (SDV), SamsungElectro-Mechanics Vietnam (SEMV), and Samsung SDS Vietnam (SDS).
In order to find andnurture successful human resources to ensure sustainable development in Vietnam,Samsung Vietnam has annually organised recruitment on a large scale, with afrequency of at least twice a year since 2011.
Particularly in 2022,Samsung Vietnam has held three consecutive recruitment tests, bringing jobopportunities to thousands of candidates who are engineers and bachelors.
Notably, in this third recruitment, in order to prepare for theplan to operate Samsung's new R&D centre in Hanoi (SVMC) by the end of thisyear, as well as preparing personnel for the R&D activities of new projectsof Samsung SDS, Samsung Vietnam will recruit a large number of staff in theinformation technology (IT) field.
This is Samsung’s effort to help Vietnam advance high technology,support national digital transformation, and advance the development of thedigital economy, society, and citizenship.

Samsung Vietnam continues to succeed and continuously expandsthese activities. Its accumulated investment in Vietnam is expectedto exceed 20 billion USD by the end of this year.
Samsung's new R&D centre in Hanoi, with an investment of up to220 million USD, is being completed and will be inaugurated by the end of 2022,in line with the commitment with the Vietnamese Government.
Samsung is also making efforts to bring employees the best workingenvironment. Recently, according to the survey results of Forbes magazine, a prestigious Americanpublishing and media company, co-operating with Statista, a German MarketResearch firm, Samsung topped the ranking of the best employers in the worldfor the third year in a row.
