The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 22,726 VND/USD on November 20, up 5 VND from November 19.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the dailyreference exchange rate at 22,726 VND/USD on November 20, up 5 VND fromNovember 19.

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied bycommercial banks for the day is 23,407 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,045VND/USD.

At commercial banks, the price of USD rose slightly.

At 8:20, Vietcombank posted 23,270 – 23,360 VND/USD for its buying andselling rates, up 5 VND from November 19.

At BIDV, the buying and selling rates were 23,275 – 23,365 VND/USD, up 10 VND.

Techcombank offered 23,250 – 23,360 VND/USD as its buying and selling rates, up5 VND. –VNA
