Hanoi (VNA) – TheState Bank of Vietnam kept the daily reference exchange rate on January 23 at22,879 VND/USD, unchanged from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied by commercial banks for the day is23,564 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,194 VND/USD.

The opening hour rates atcommercial banks continued to stay stable.

Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buyingrate at 23,155 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,245 VND/USD, unchanged from thebeginning of the week (January 21).

Both rates at Techcombank also remainedunchanged at 23,135 VND/USD (buying) and 23,245 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
