The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD at 22,456 VND per USD on September 26, up 8 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) – The StateBank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD at 22,456 VNDper USD on September 26, up 8 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is23,129 VND and the floor rate 21,783 VND per USD.

The opening hour rates atcommercial banks on September 26 saw slight fluctuation.

Vietcombank raised both rates by5 VND, listing the buying rate at 22,700 VND and the selling rate at 22,770 VNDper USD.

Meanwhile BIDV kept its rates unchangedfrom September 25 at 22,700 VND (buying) and 22,770 VND (selling) per USD.

The rates listed by Techcombankalso remained the same as the previous day at 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,780VND (selling) per USD. -VNA
