With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied bycommercial banks for the day is 23,680 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,301VND/USD.
Rates posted by commercial banks remain stable.
At 8:15, Vietcombank posted the buying rate at 23,150 VND/USD and theselling rate at 23,250 VND/USD, unchanged from the day ago.
BIDV offered the rates at 23,150-23,250 VND/USD, unchanged from April 10.
Techcombank kept its rates unchanged, with the buying rate at 23,130 VND andthe selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD.-VNA
