With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied tocommercial banks during the day is 23,405 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,043VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks stayed stable compared to October 29.
Vietcombank and BIDV continued keeping their both rates unchanged from theprevious day, listing the buying rate at 23,300 VND per USD and the sellingrate 23,390 VND per USD. The rates remained unchanged throughout last week(October 22 – 26).
At Techcombank, the greenback is being bought at 23,280 VND and sold at 23,390VND per USD, unchanged from the previous day. –VNA
