With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is23,634 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,260 VND/USD.
Meanwhile, the opening hourrates at commercial banks stayed stable.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV kepttheir rates unchanged from March 12, listing the buying rate at 23,150 VND/USDand the selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD.
Techcombank also continued tomaintain the same rates as on March 12, at 23,130 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250VND/USD (selling).
The rates listed by commercialbanks have remained stable since March 1. -VNA
