The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,145 VND per USD on October 30, down 4 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) - The StateBank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,145 VND perUSD on October 30, down 4 VND from the previous day.

 With the current trading band of /- 3percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,840VND per USD and the floor rate at 22,450 VND/USD.

 The opening hour rates at some commercialbanks stayed stable.

 At 8:20 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rateat 23,115 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,265 VND/USD, up 5 VND from thesame time of October 29.

 Meanwhile, BIDV kept both rates unchanged,with the buying rate listed at 23,140 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,260VND/USD.

 Techcombank offered the buying rate at 23,133VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,273 VND/USD, unchanged from the previousday./.
