Hanoi(VNA) – The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,124 VNDper USD on December 7, up 4 VND from the day before.

With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 22,788 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,460 VND per USD.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,680 VND per USD, andthe selling rate at 22,760 VND per USD, down 5 VND.

BIDV offered thebuying rate at 22,690 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,770 per USD, up 10VND.

Eximbank bought oneUSD for 22,670 VND and sold one USD for 22,765 VND.

In Techcombank, the buying rate was listed 22,670 VND/USD while the sellingrate was 22,765 VND/USD, unchanged from December 6.-VNA
