Prices of petrol up slightly in latest adjustment

The price of RON95 petrol rose by 138 VND per litre while that of bio-fuel E5RON92 was adjusted up by 53 VND per litre in the latest review of prices on October 12.

Hanoi (VNA) – The price of RON95 petrol rose by 138 VND per litre whilethat of bio-fuel E5RON92 was adjusted up by 53 VND per litre in the latest reviewof prices on October 12.

The Ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance announced that the price of E5RON92 would be no higher than 14,268 VND (0.62 USD) per litre and those ofRON95 petrol no higher than 15,122 VND.

Prices of kerosene and mazut oil rose 145 VND and 95 VND to 9,594 VND per litreand 10.921 per litre, respectively, while the price of diesel 0.05S is 11.128VND per litre, unchanged from the previous adjustment.

The two ministries conduct a review of fuel prices every 15 days and adjustprices in line with fluctuations on the world market./.
