President Truong Tan Sang in Hanoi on July 27 hosted a reception forIMF Resident Representative for Vietnam and Laos Sanjay Kalra, who isgoing to finish his tenure of working in Vietnam.
Appreciating the financial and consultative assistance to Vietnam fromKalra and the IMF, the State President said Vietnam welcomes furthersupport and always listens to the fund’s frank recommendations to avoidrestructuring mistakes made previously in other countries.
