The preliminaryround is open for candidates from March 1 to April 28 in the central city of DaNang.
The final round willtake place in Phu Yen province’s Tuy Hoa city from June 1 to July 2, with thegrand final slated for July 7.
Previously, PhuYen has hosted various large scale cultural events such as the National TourismYear in 2011 and the Miss Earth pageant.
Phu Yen provinceis home to 19 national historical sites and tourism attractions, including six ofthe best destinations in Vietnam selected by the Vietnam Records Associationand Vietnam Records Organisations.-VNA
