Border guards in centralBinh Dinh province on October 26 received three Philippine fishermen whowere in distress in the waters of Truong Sa archipelago.
The Filipinos were provided with check-ups, medicines and personal necessities. They are now in stable health conditions.
The province is completing procedures to send them back to their homes.
