Kawai Katsuyuki, Special Advisor to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (L) and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission Pham Minh Chinh (Source: VNA) Chinh, who is also Chairman of the Vietnam - JapanFriendship Parliamentarians’ Group, spoke highly of the contributions of PM Abeand other Japanese leaders to strengthening bilateral ties, particularly inconnecting the two economies.
