The man, who came back from Angola, tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, which causes thedisease, while in quarantine and is being treated atthe Bac NinhGeneral Hospital.
As of 6 am on November 7, a total of 1,070 COVID-19 patientsin Vietnam had recovered, and the death toll remains at 35.
Among the active patients, nine have testednegative once for the coronavirus, 11 twice and eightthrice.
