Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam continued to record no new COVID-19 cases on April 22, making it six days in a row since April 17 without any newinfections, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
As aresult, the total number of cured patients is now 223, or 83 percent of thetotal cases.
Amongthe 45 patients currently receiving treatment, 12 have tested negative once forthe SARS-CoV-2, and 8 have tested negative twice.
Atotal 67,022 people are under quarantine or health monitoring, including 358 athospitals, 18,263 at other facilities and 48,401 at home or their accommodations./.
