New Vietnamese Ambassador pledges to foster Vietnam-Thailand relations

Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand Pham Viet Hung on June 22 pledged that in his position, he will try his best to contribute to strengthening the strategic partnership and close friendship between the two countries while presenting his credential letter to Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua.

Bangkok (VNA) – Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand Pham Viet Hung on June 22 pledged that in his position, he will try his best to contribute to strengthening the strategic partnership and close friendship between the two countries while presenting his credential letter to Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua.

Hung expressed his honour to be assigned as the Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand amid the thriving bilateral relations, which are expected to be raised to a new level soon, expressing his belief in the strong development of Vietnam - Thailand ties in all fields.

Highlighting the good friendship between the two nations, the King of Thailand hoped that the two countries will continue to promote the relations in all fields and at all levels, from bilaterally and regionally to multilaterally.

The King believed that the bilateral friendship will continue to be strengthened for the benefits of the two countries' people, contributing to peace and prosperity in the region and the world.

He said he and the Thai Government will create favourable conditions for the ambassador to successfully complete his duties./.
