A representative of the FLC economic group has announced that its Bamboo Airway is completing the final preparations for its debut early next year.

Hanoi (VNA) – Arepresentative of the FLC economic group has announced that its Bamboo Airwayis completing the final preparations for its debut early next year.

FLC President Trinh VanQuyet expressed his belief that with the current pace of work, Bamboo Airway issure to start its operation and services during the coming traditional lunarNew Year, the most important and longest annual festival in Vietnam, which willfall in early February 2019. The sale of the tickets can be started rightwithin this month, he stressed.

The company further revealsthat it is leasing a brand-new A321neo plane. The Airbus-produced aircraft willundergo ground technical checks on December 21 and have a test fly on December28 in Hamburg, Germany.

Besides its new office inHanoi, Bamboo Airway is also running another in Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho ChiMinh City in the south to facilitate its transactions. Moreover, it has signedcooperation agreements to provide its services with a series of agents travelcompanies throughout the country.

Having a capital of 1.3trillion VND (over 56.237 million USD), Bamboo Airway is the fifth airlines inVietnam.-VNA
