Vietnam Airlines and the People’s Committee of Kon Tum province have pledged to strengthen the promotion of the image, improve the efficiency of investment and tourism promotion activities, and make positive contributions to socio-economic development of the Central Highlands locality, and popularise the image, products and services of the national flag carrier.

Hanoi (VNA) - Vietnam Airlines and the People’s Committee of Kon Tumprovince have pledged to strengthen the promotion of the image, improve theefficiency of investment and tourism promotion activities, and make positivecontributions to socio-economic development of the Central Highlands locality,and popularise the image, products and services of the national flag carrier.

Under a comprehensive cooperationagreement for the 2022 – 2026 period freshly signed between the two sides, Kon Tum will help promote the brand, productsand services of Vietnam Airlines to local people, tourists and agencies to encouragethe use of airline services.

Meanwhile, Vietnam Airlines will promote information aboutdestinations, tourism events, diplomatic activities, culture, and investmentand trade promotion events of the province on its planes and products. Inaddition, the airline will coordinate to organise fact-finding tours fordomestic and international travel agents and reporters and support the province’sworking delegations in promotion activities and calling for investment in the localityin foreign markets.

A representative of Vietnam Airlines said that with the potentialof the province and the carrier, their agreement will usher in goodopportunities to promote destinations, tourism and trade investment, build along-term strategic foundation and create resilience for the province to meet integrationand development requirements./.
