Hanoi (VNA) – Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue on October28 sent a message of congratulations to President of the Senate of the Czech Republic MilosVystrcil on the occasion of the 103rd Independent Czechoslovak State Day (October 28).
In his message,Hue noted with his satisfaction that the sound traditional friendship and cooperationbetween Vietnam and the Czech Republic and the two countries’ legislative bodies are growing.
He believedthat with sentiments and support of Vystrcil, the relations between thecountries and legislative bodies will continue to be strengthened and strongly developed.
Vietnam andthe Czech Republic set up diplomatic ties on February 2, 1950.
The sameday, NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Turkish Grand National AssemblyMustafa Sentop on the 98th Republic Day of Turkey (October 29).
Hue spoke highlyof important achievements of Turkey in national construction and development.
Hue said he belives that with both sides’ efforts, the Vietnam-Turkeytraditional friendship will be consolidated for the benefits of the twonations, for peace and development in the region and the world.
The twocountries established diplomatic relations in 1978./.
