Kuala Lumpur (VNA) - Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak announced a Cabinet reshuffle on June 27 to fill vacant positions.
He announced that Johari Abdul Ghani was appointed Finance Minister, replacing Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah who had resigned from his post due to personal reasons.
Abdul Rahman Dahlan takes over from Wahid Omar in overseeing the economic planning unit under the Prime Minister's Office.
Other changes include the appointment of the Malaysian People's Movement Party P resident Mah Siew Keong as Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister.
This is the third time the Malaysian PM has reshuffled his cabinet. The second one took place in July 2015, and the first in June 2014.-VNA
