Malaysian police on September 25 said they have arrested three terrorist suspects after being warned of terror risks in the Southeast Asian country.
The three suspects, aged between 30-51, include a Malaysian, a Syrian and an Indonesian, according to national deputy police chief Noor Rashid Ibrahim.
Local police said one of the suspects came to Malaysia several days ago.
Earlier on September 24, the US Embassy together with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade warned citizens of the two countries avoid visiting Jalan Alor – a popular tourist spot in Kuala Lumpur due to terror attack concerns.-VNA
