KualaLumpur (VNA) - Malaysia has obtained an understanding with theIndonesian government over the investment and supply of hydrogen gas toNusantara, the neighbouring country’s new capital city,according to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo had previously informed himof the understanding between the Sarawak state government and Indonesia, Anwar said at a media conference after chairing the Unity Government secretariat onMarch 19.
The Malaysian PM said that this development is very helpful ingaining investor confidence.
Meanwhile, Sarawak Premier Abang Johari, who was alsopresent at the media conference, said he had met with Widodo in Indonesia anddiscussed the state government’s hydrogen-related investment inNusantara.
The official said this shows confidence of Indonesiatowards Malaysia’s current administration./.
