Welcoming the Lao toplegislator, Vingroup Vice President and General Director Nguyen Viet Quang introducedthe guest to the group’s development history.
He said that Vingroupis operating in the fields of technology, industry and trade-services, in whichtechnology and industry are the two new, challenging, but promising areas whichare expected to create a breakthrough development for the group and contributeto the country’s modernization and industrialization.
Yathotou appreciatedVingroup’s achievements, especially in developing urban areas.
She showed her hopethat Vingroup considers investing in the Lao market.
Quang shared thatVingroup plans to expand its business to other countries and Laos is apotential market. It is studying the possibility of building a Vinpearl resortcomplex in Vientiane.
After the meeting, thedelegation of the Lao National Assembly visited Vinhomes Riverside, which wasnamed the World’s Best Property at the 2018 International Property Awards (IPA)in late 2018.-VNA
