Delegates visit the representative office (Photo: VNA)KRFA Chairman Kim Nam Doo said the opening of the office is aimed atfacilitating links between food processing firms of the two countries,contributing to the development of the industry in both countries.
The office will help connect RoK firms with the Vietnamese market, KRFAexecutive director Lee Soong Ju said, adding that it will provide informationon the market, the distribution system, local farm produce and development trendto DRFA member companies which want to invest in Vietnam.
The office also works as a bridge for enterprises of both countries,proposing possibilities for their cooperation and assisting with the export ofproducts to the other country.

Can Tho is seeing more RoK investor coming, with a remarkable investmentproject being a 171 million USD sport shoe factory of Tae Kwang group.
The city has exported 30.3 million USD worth of goods to the RoK so farthis year, and imported 4.2 million USD from the Northeast Asian country, mostlypharmaceutical materials, fertilizer, cloth and garment accessory./.
