The company, in which JUTEC willhold 50 percent, will offer apartment management and operations servicesfollowing Japanese standards, to bring the best experience possible to foreignersworking and living in Vietnam.
It will also import modern Japaneseconstruction materials for distribution in the Vietnamese market.
The joint venture will caterto demand for apartments for lease, targeting foreign experts, and promote newbuilding materials in Vietnam.
Founded in 1923, JUTEC had778 employees as of April, with capital of 850 million JPY (7.9 million USD).
It arrived in Vietnam in 2015via opening a representative office to study the local market./.
