Japan’s Idemitsu Kosan to build 2nd petrol station in Vietnam

Hai Phong (VNS/VNA) - Japaneseoil firm, Idemitsu Kosan Co Ltd (Idemitsu), plans to build a 1 million USD DinhVu Port Petrol Station.

The petrol station will be located in DongHai 2 ward, Hai An district, in the northern Hai Phong port city.

If approved, this would be Idemitsu’ssecond station in Vietnam. Its first station opened in Hanoi last October.

Covering an area of 10,000sq.m, the stationis expected to bring about revenue of more than 10 million USD per year. If allprocedures are completed soon, the project will begin construction in January2018 and be put into operation one month later.

The station would contribute 46 billion - 66billion VND a year to the city’s budget.

In addition, it also plans to build a lubricantplant in the city.-VNA
