Hung informed the Japanese guests about the government’s policies toencourage agricultural and rural development and the city’s project onbuilding new rural areas in the 2010-2020 and orientation till 2030,which is valued at 32 trillion VND (1.6 billion USD).
On behalfof the Japanese delegation, the Director of BP Mihama company, EnomotoTasuo said that during Vietnamese State President Nguyen Minh Triet toJapan in November this year, his company signed a contract with BinhMinh Company of Vietnam to transfer technology to produce cleanvegetables and flowers, treatment of water for clean agriculturalproduction and buying Binh Minh products for sale at the Japanesemarket.
At present, Japanese experts are coordinating with BinhMinh Company to carry out the project in Dan Phuong district ofHanoi.
The project is expected to be put into operation from 2011and most of its products will be exported to Japan with part of themto be supplied to Hanoi .
The project is designed to generate jobs for hundreds of local workers./.
