TheBac Giang province-born master has completed the third standard toreach the title after her outstanding performance in recent officialtournaments during her training in Hungary.

It is expected thatHung, 20, will receive her title later this month, after theInternational Chess Federation competes its procedures.

The four other Vietnamese IWGM are Nguyen Thi Thanh An, Le Thanh Tu, Hoang Thi Bao Tram and Pham Le Thao Nguyen.-VNA

The Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu on October 21 signed a cooperation agreement with Uiseong county, Gyeongsangbuk-do province of the Republic of Korea (RoK) on sending local labourers to the RoK to work seasonally under the form of locality-to-locality collaboration between the two countries in the 2023 - 2027 period.
