The hotline wasannounced at a seminar held in Prague on June 6 to tighten coordinationbetween the Vietnamese Embassy and the Overseas Vietnamese Associationin the Czech Republic.

After hearingrecommendations and opinions of the Vietnamese community’srepresentatives, Head of the embassy’s Consular Division Le Quoc Tuansaid that in the time ahead, the division will make efforts to improvethe staff’s attitude, and simplify administrative procedures.

It also pledged to intensify information sharing between the embassyand the Overseas Vietnamese Association, while using more communicationchannels to receive and clear up Vietnamese citizens’ queries.-VNA

The Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu on October 21 signed a cooperation agreement with Uiseong county, Gyeongsangbuk-do province of the Republic of Korea (RoK) on sending local labourers to the RoK to work seasonally under the form of locality-to-locality collaboration between the two countries in the 2023 - 2027 period.

Tien Giang strives to reduce poverty rate to 0.87% this year
