A corner of Ho Chi Minh City (Source: VNA) HCM City (VNA) – Huynh Cach Mang, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh CityPeople’s Committee, on September 8 received Secretaryof State of the Cambodian Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations andInspection Chheng Saroeun.
At the meeting, Mang highlighted the cooperation between HCM City andCambodian ministries and agencies over the past time, which, he said, isthriving across fields as reflected by the exchange of delegations and visits.
HCM City always treasures and try its best to promote relations betweenVietnam and Cambodia, as well as between HCM City and Cambodian localities,especially the capital city of Phnom Penh, he said.
The official expressed his hope that relations between the GovernmentInspectorate of Vietnam, HCM City’s inspection agency and the CambodianMinistry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection will be enhancedin the time ahead through the sharing of experience, mutual support and specific,practical cooperation.
Echoing Mang’s views, Chheng Saroeun noted his wish that the Cambodian ministryand HCM City’s inspection agency will step up bilateral cooperation,contributing to the cause of national construction and development in eachcountry.-VNA
