The recent signing of the cooperation minutesbetween Hanoi and Vientiane police, as witnessed by the Vietnamese and LaoMinisters of Public Security, will lay a legal foundation for the two sides tosupport each other in all fields, he said.
The Hanoi official highly appreciated thecomprehensive cooperation between the two capital cities’ forces.
The police forces have made significantcontributions to the expansion of bilateral collaboration in keeping order andsecurity, he said.
The sound cooperation between Hanoi andVientiane police also affirms the long-standing friendly relations andsolidarity between Vietnam and Laos, he added. –VNA
