Hanoi(VNA) – The Hanoi Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) on March 30held talks with a delegation from the Beijing Committee of the Chinese People's Political ConsultativeConference.

At the talks,the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on their cooperation inthe 2017-2019 period.

The cooperationwill focus on boosting communication activities on the friendship and comprehensivecooperation between the two countries; increasing exchanges and mutual visits.

The two sideswill share working experience and information, and encourage the organisationof Vietnam-China friendship activities in the two capital cities.

Chairman of the VFFHanoi Committee Vu Hong Khanh and Chairman of the Beijing Committee of the Chinese People's PoliticalConsultative Conference Ji Lin also briefed each other on the economic and social situations ofthe two capitals and exchanged experience on their organisations’ work.-VNA
