Hanoi (VNA) – Secretary of theHanoi Party Committee Hoang Trung Hai is visiting Cambodia from September 8-10to reinforce friendship and cooperation between Hanoi and Phnom Penh.

The visit also aims to celebrate the 50thfounding anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic ties.

The two sides will review the implementation ofbilateral cooperation agreements and discuss future coordination plans between thecities.

The Hanoi official is scheduled to meet withPrime Minister and President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) Samdech HunSen and Vice President of the CPP and President of the Senate Samdech SayChhum.-VNA
