Eight more villages in Me Linh and Phu Xuyen districts in Hanoi have recently been recognised as craft villages by the municipal People’s Committee.

Hanoi (VNA) – Eight more villages in Me Linh and Phu Xuyen districts in Hanoi haverecently been recognised as craft villages by the municipal People’s Committee.

They are Ha Loi,Lieu Tri and Dai Thinh flower and bonsai villages in Me Linh district, Yen Thiand Trung Ha noodle villages and Dong Ca, Truong Lieu and Gia Phu carpentryvillages in Phu Xuyen district.

The eight villageswill enjoy incentives for the development of rural trades.

Hanoi is home tomore than 1,300 craft villages, more than 300 of which have been recognised astraditional.-VNA
