Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung haspledged best available conditions for the northern port city of HaiPhong to develop its economic projects in response to requests raisedby voters from its Tien Lang district.

“The Government will provide the best available conditions for HaiPhong city to speed up the construction of an expressway and a railwayleading to Hanoi capital as well as the Lach Huyen seaport and thecoastal highway in connection with the central province of Thanh Hoa,”Dung said./.
